This 10-week personalized yoga program is designed for athletes, whether you’re a professional, amateur, or enthusiast eager to gain tools for a more balanced and fulfilling life. Through traditional yoga techniques—now known as the foundation for modern biohacking and breathwork—you’ll experience physical, mental, and emotional transformation.
No prior yoga experience? No problem. Whether you’re new to the practice or experienced, this program will meet you where you are and guide you toward greater self-awareness and peak performance.
What to Expect
Over 10 weeks, we’ll develop your mindset and body through yoga, addressing the following key areas:
Breathwork (Pranayama): Techniques to help you relax, concentrate, manage stress, reduce muscle tension, and improve sleep and recovery.
Meditation: Cultivate a winning mindset with meditations tailored to boost confidence, self-control, self-trust, and inner peace—perfect for pre-game preparation and post-competition relaxation.
Yoga Nidra: A deep relaxation practice to recharge and regenerate your energy on a profound level.
Visualization: Build mental clarity and focus to help you visualize success and achieve your goals.
Physical Yoga Practices: Enhance your mobility, flexibility, and stability with sequences customized to your sport—whether you’re releasing tension in your hips, improving shooting posture, or preventing injury.
